That’s right! The City Of Philly has ranked second overall in the report of America’s Worst Drivers! Pittsburgh comes in at number twelve on the same list. The news site Slate.com compiled the list from a number of different sources. The list takes into account the number of traffic tickets & traffic accidents with and without DUI violations in Philly. It also considers how many miles are driven in Philly each year along with the population of the region.

No. 2: Philadelphia. Drivers in the city of brotherly love enjoy a good love tap behind the wheel. Second-places finishes in collisions and pedestrian strikes overwhelm their semi-respectable 16th-place ranking in DWI deaths.

Philadelphia has “improved” in 2013 because in 2012 Forbes ranked Philly the 6th worst city.

Florida is clearly the worst state holding on to 5 of the top 10 worst drivers rankings.
